Become a Pro Show™ Winner

Upon submitting an application and receiving an MFM Pro Show Award, I give Martindale Feed Mill permission to use all photos and placement information submitted with the application for advertising and promotion purposes, or any other media now known or later developed. I agree that there will be no further compensation for the use of these materials.

Please provide below the vocational agricultural instructor or 4-H extension agents name and email address as well as the dealer(s) name and email address(s) where the qualifying MFM Pro Show™ feeds were purchased. MFM will then verify with the dealer where the feed was purchased and with the vocational agriculture instructor or 4-H extension agent responsible for overseeing the project. Proof of feed purchased may be required. All information submitted with an application becomes the property of Martindale Feed Mill (MFM). MFM retains the right to determine exhibitor’s eligibility and interpret all program rules. All decisions made by MFM shall be considered final. MFM reserves the right to amend, modify, revise, change and/or cancel the terms and conditions of the MFM Pro Show™ Award Program at any time and without prior notice.
